This week it’s the turn of my Secret Santa!
About Kokokelli
Last month, an SBS winner Kelly Johnson kindly organised a Secret Santa with 32 SBS winning businesses participating. As luck would have it the postage label reveals that Kelly herself is my Secret Santa and so I can tell you a bit about her business before I unwrap this gift.
Kelly’s business, Kokokelli was born in 2010 and sells handmade crafts and gifts. Kelly had a battle with Breast Cancer back in 2016, so put the business on hold, but is well and truly back on her feet and kicking butt!

Kokokelli was selected by Theo Paphitis in June 2012 and is active in the SBS community every day!
About the company
The Kokokelli range includes personalised cards, handmade jewellery and even tarot card readings!
Website / Ordering process
As a web agency, of course we have to start the review on the website and this is normally the most critical part of the review, but being a secret santa, I didn’t actually order from the website. The website really needs some TLC, but it’s built on woocommerce and a new one is under-construction, so if you go to order in the future it’ll probably be a much better experience. The site is “kind of” mobile friendly.
Unboxing
The postage box is filled with shredded Christmas magazines which is a fun, eco-friendly, albeit messy way to package it. A beautiful handmade card and 2 wax melts accompanied the present as little extras. We use wax melts in the office daily and so this is awesome! Inside the wrapped present was a beautifully packaged and very well branded gift box. These are scented bags to hang in your wardrobes – they’re so lovingly made and they smell amazing!
