Can I add features in the future?
Absolutely! We can upgrade your plan at any time.
What will the site look like?
Unlike our standard sites, SSS sites and pay monthly websites don’t get a mock-up stage. Our designers will build the templates based on the information collected in the briefing stage and industry best practice. If the business doesn’t have many images we will source and license stock images for you. The design can be amended, but only within the templates we create for you. It isn’t as custom as our usual sites, but it’s a compromise that keeps your costs down and is why pay monthly websites are a great alternative when you want to get online.
Can I make changes?
Super Simple Sites include full management, so to make a change you can call us, live chat, use our ticket system or email [email protected].
Please Note:
You do not get access to WordPress for SSS sites, but the site can be converted to our standard model in the future if required.

Where are they hosted?
We’ve worked hard to source very high spec dedicated servers that are partitioned and resources allocated to each SSS site. Using this method, your site will benefit from much faster loading speed than any other pay monthly provider that we’ve come across. Our Pro hosting solution takes this even further. All servers are in the UK.
What if I want to add custom features?
If you need something outside of our Super Simple Sites model then the site can be moved to our usual services, new custom features quoted for and then future amends are charged at our standard hourly rate. Being built on the right foundations, any feature you can dream up can be added. On average we only recoup our costs for the site after 12-18 months so if the site is fairly new, we may need to calculate a settlement figure before converting the site to a pay as you go one.
Can I take the site elsewhere?
Being built on a great open source foundation, this is possible – something very rare with pay monthly websites. Much like converting the SSS site to one of our standard sites, we may need to agree a settlement figure if the site’s monthly payments have not yet paid us for the initial outlay of building the site and maintaining it. On average it takes 12-18 months to do so.
