We know it’s difficult to budget for something big like a website, so we’ve changed our terms. We now take 25% deposit, 25% once you’ve signed off your designs, 25% when you get your test version link and then the final payment when the site goes live.

We only charge for the exact time used, any budget unspent is credited to your account or not even invoiced. If we’re waiting on you for more than 30 days from the last checkpoint we will invoice the project to date and take it down from the dev server to avoid wastage. Payment terms are 7 days on all reduced rates and 30 days on our standard rate.
