In December 2023, we wrote the last Customer Council blog about your feedback, and due to the sheer amount of work going on at the time, our Founder (Chris Ryu), who was looking after the Customer Council at the time, decided that he needed to put his focus elsewhere.
Fastforward to 2024, and I (Mikey) was made the Marketing Director, and I've been working in the background to get the Customer Council back. I'm happy to say that we plan to launch it sometime next month, bringing you not only a chance to give us feedback on how to improve our services but also gain you a £5/hr discount off our support work.
