What To Expect
Our focus is on efficiency and value for money. Our innovative approach and timer system means you only pay for the exact time used. You won’t find “marketing fluff” in our reports and your project manager probably won’t call you to “see how your weekend was” – unless you tell us to that is! Our default approach is to spend all the budget doing the work, rather than talking about the work. This approach has also enabled us to hire the most experienced professionals who appreciate being able to focus on the thing they’ve spent half their lives perfecting.
All of our packages give you a monthly report on the channel growth, performance of the posts and interactions. After a while you likely won’t read them, most don’t – that’s fine. Our Gold package includes a monthly review call, but others are managed via our support platform and require very little from you each month. Some customers literally just leave us to it! If you want additional account management, we can bill you for the exact minutes used separately – it’s never a problem.
