Like always we'll write this in plain English and there's no scary terms. Minimum term of only 1 month on Bronze and 3 months on higher packages. 3 days notice needed. *Our Silver plan includes unlimited text and image amends, content publishing and plugin setting changes. Our Gold plan also includes up to 5 hours of development/advanced work per month. Please note that this is a maintenance service; significant work such as page designs, site redesigns, or working through SEO reports are not really the purpose of these packages. If the site is hosted away from Hero Host, we will need full access to provide a good level of service. They will be responsible for ensuring back-ups are made and will need to make one available to us on request. **Themes and plugins are updated daily as long as no customisation has been made, it is licensed, or it is in our extensive library.
